 We aim to process and ship your order within 48hrs of your order being placed. Once your order is shipped we will be in touch with your shipping and tracking details so you can track your package every step of the way!

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from Cuppy. We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service.

CHANGE OF MIND

All sales are final, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Because our ceramics are handmade and fragile, and to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, we are unable to resell items once they’ve left our possession.

ELIGIBILITY

If the ceramic mug arrives damaged, broken, or has a major manufacturing fault (e.g., a crack, a handle falling off upon first use, or the glaze is peeling), you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Please note, you are not entitled to a remedy if:

You were aware of the flaw or defect before you purchased the mug (e.g., sold as a 'second').

The mug was damaged by misuse, accident, or abnormal use (e.g., dropping it).

The mug has deteriorated due to fair wear and tear.

You must notify us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. 

 PROCESS

    1. Email us at info@cuppy.co.nz with your order number, photo evidence, description of the issue and preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

    2. We will assess the photos and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

    3.  We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item needs to be sent back (we will provide a prepaid shipping label). If required to return the item, please package the mug securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) to prevent further damage during transit.
